Talent Plastics manufactures plastic parts for a sustainable future! We work with injection molding of thermoplastics, special production and processing. We can offer you everything from idea, design and layout to really efficient production processes. Welcome to us!

Our Technologies

Injection molding of plastic

We manufacture plastic parts from 1 gram up to several kilos. With 139 injection molds between 25 and 1000 tons, we make it possible to produce your unique product.

Processing of plastic

Fully automatic assembly, ultrasonic and mirror welding, tampon printing and hot stamping, laser marking, robot gluing and manual processing.

Embedded electronics

Encapsulated/embedded electronics and turnkey solutions! Keypads, monitors, batteries, markings and EOL testing. In our own EPA and ESD environment.

Assembly

Several different types of assembly are performed with us. Fully automated assembly, complex and simpler manual assembly solutions.

Engineering and development

Getting involved early in the process is value-creating for everyone! As a resource in design, construction or development of prototypes.

Our Segments

Automotive

Several of our manufacturing plants collaborate with customers in the automotive industry. The Automotive segment corresponds to over 25% of Talent Plastics’ total sales.

We have factories that are certified according to IATF 16949 and approved according to SAQ 4.0 and Volvo Cars – SEMAT.

Food industry

Talent Plastics manufactures and delivers products that are certified according to NSF. This applies to products for customers in the food industry who have special requirements for handling and traceability.

Several of our customers who are not directly food industry have requirements for FDA approval, where we can support the choice of raw materials.

Medical

Talent Plastics has several customers who are leaders in medical equipment. We can handle high demands on purity and traceability in an ordinary production environment. When required for a controlled zone or clean room environment, we collaborate with actors who are particularly focused on it. We also support customers in the work of developing designs adapted to products in this segment, such as suitable surfaces (easy to clean) and choice of materials.

Building and Construction

Talent Plastics has customers in buildning and construction, plumbing – heating, ventilation and sanitation. For these customers, requirements for strength and function are very high.

We help with material selection and construction for the best possible product properties.

Consumer Products

Talent Plastics has extensive experience in the development and manufacture of consumer products with high demands on surface finish level and function.

We pack many of the products directly in consumer packaging so they are ready to be sent directly to the store / end user.
